Oh contraire, dear reader. Yes, there are days when I sip obscure Belgian beers so rare that single bottles sell for triple digits on eBay. There are also days when I spend actual money on fake beer. This was one of those days.
It had been awhile since I’d had a Henry’s, once the most visible brewery in Portland, now owned by SABMiller. I don’t think their portfolio of beers was ever something you’d confuse with good beer, but I was surprised at how bad this beer was. Frankly, I’d have preferred a Coors Light.
