After another long day of work, I ended the day (which happened my birthday!) with this little delight, as well as a crazy good pizza from one of my two Portland Pizza favorites, Dove Vivi. One half of the pie was sausage with peppers and caramelized onions; the other half was a crazy special pie that included grapes and brie cheese as a topping. This was a great food beer, but would also be a good after-dinner beer due to its strength and sweetness. I’m definitely adding this into the rotation for camping trips, as it seems just the thing to accompany a chilly night around the fire.

I REALLY like that brie and grape pie. It sounds bizarre but totally works.
