I consider this beer to be the true beginning of this project. There’s the name obviously, but also, this is a craft brew, which tends to be my style on all but the rarest of occasions (golf courses, airports and unfamiliar hotels). Schmaltz makes some great beers, and I look forward to trying all of them again. L’Chaim!
