Is there anything more Oregon than IPA, enjoyed from a blue enamel mug, set against a backdrop of Douglas Fir trees? I picked up a growler at Fearless Brewing on my way into Mt. Hood National Forest last weekend. I had the Jeep with me, and two friends in the car, which didn’t leave much room for the big cooler, so this was pretty much consumed within an a couple hours of the brewery. It doesn’t get much fresher than that.
Camping bonus: growlers are excellent for woodsy recreation – they’re a reusable container that won’t clank together when you pack it back up to take home with you (unless you have two growlers with you).
