One of the main benefits canners of craft beer will tell you is that, being opaque, aluminum blocks UV completely, resulting in a beer that can never, ever have a skuny flavor to it.
But infected beer (usually from less than stellar sanitation at the brewery or cannery) can happen to a keg, bottle, cask or can. Too bad; I’ve had this beer before and loved it.
