Tough week. It was really nice to hang out with my dad over barbecue, sipping a hoppy Chicago craft beer and then, later, head back to his house to watch a Red Sox game on cable. A total comfort, and a much-needed mental vacation. Too bad the Sox lost, but you can’t win ‘em all.
