Fellow BS Brewing crew member Jay came over tonight, accompanied by a film director and a six-pack of one of my old standards: Terminal Gravity (compensation for helping them launch a quickie web site for their very intriguing film). There was a time when I consumed this IPA almost exclusively … seems like everyone had it on tap five years ago or so. Now it seems a little rarer, and it’s been awhile since I’ve had one. Either my tastes have changed or this recipe has – it’s not nearly the hop bomb I recall, and I think I’d get a sugar headache if I had more than a couple. Still, it was a tasty IPA, and I’ll admit, I gave it a little extra oomph for sentimental reasons.
